I was impressed from my first conversation with Tracy and Jerry to actually securing my new storage unit. When I initially called, Tracy put me on a waiting list. She called, as promised, when a unit became available later that week and it was waiting for me when I arrived from out of town 3 hours later. Jerry checked me in and was prompt and professional as well. I was able to purchase a lock on site at a good price as well. The west Salem location is also in a very nice area of town and the storage entrance is gated and locked at all times. After many so-so storage facility experiences, Safe Stor is a winner!

Very clean storage unit, and the manager was really nice. I got a free month without having to sign a contract. I recommend this place to anyone in West Salem.
